In this highly visible role, the Marketing Strategy Manager will work cross-functionally with Creative, Growth Marketing and Partner Marketing teams (among others!) to craft compelling creative briefs on the front end and help drive brand equity on the back end.  

What You Will Do:

  • Marketing Strategy & Launch Coordination: Craft marketing strategy for product and market launches to drive demand for mobile sportsbook & casino.
  • Brand Advocate: Be the brand advocate by ensuring consistency across various touch points, including guiding marketing plans and communications based on brand positioning and messaging
  • Brief Writing: Work with internal creative team and external agencies to develop creative assets to support product launches including advertising, signage, videos, partnership materials, and other marketing executions.
  • User Acquisition: Write briefs that develop high-performing marketing creative and deliver on cost-per-acquisition targets and support acquisition strategies across marketing platforms.
  • Social Media: Work closely with social media team to ensure cohesion across marketing plans and assets
  • Consumer Insights: Facilitate qualitative and quantitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive marketing plans.
  • Competitive: Become the expert on competitive trends and maintain competitive updates and tracking.
  • Sports Expert: Have an innate understanding of sports, maintain the marketing calendar in partnership with customer loyalty team, working to identify opportunities based on events.

What You Will Need:

  • Passion for building brands people love
  • 4-7 years of consumer insights/planner experience, preferably on a fast-paced marketing team or in a brand strategy role.
  • Curious, creative, strategic and analytical — An excellent communicator with outstanding listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to synthesize data across different qual & quant sources into easily digestible, influential takeaways to tell a story & inform and guide marketing strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels and across teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, changing environment
  • A no task too small "doer" with a drive to see gaps and opportunities and make change happen
