The Stash Marketing Team is looking for Marketing Manager to help develop and execute messaging and campaigns focused on engagement, retention and product marketing for our upcoming banking and saving related products. This hire will report to the Director of Marketing, and will work closely with the broader marketing team and product managers. He/she will help craft strategies to drive rapid product and feature adoption, as well as ongoing usage and engagement. The Marketing Manager will lead CRM campaign development and production, measurement and learning plans, and tactical campaign execution.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Product leads on marketing efforts related to product enrollment/registration, feature releases, cross selling and usage for Stash banking and savings products
  • Forecast and track metrics against key products
  • Develop CRM strategies for banking and savings products. Communications include prospecting streams, product onboarding, full lifecycle messaging and reactivation efforts
  • Create messaging plans and execute campaigns across a variety of different channels including - email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-app content
  • Manage production timelines and execute deployment of all outbound messaging related to products you are aligned to
  • Prepare regular marketing reports that analyze and summarize the performance of campaigns - overall and on segment level
  • Develop segmentation and targeted messaging strategies and implement across channels
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product and Data to implement A/B tests and analyze results and continuously optimize messaging content, frequency and cadence to maximize engagement and LTV
  • Contribute to a team culture of testing, optimizing, and continually improving 
  • Work with Director to ideate promotions and create campaign calendar for member acquisition, adoption and usage of specific products, coordinating across departments - Compliance, Acquisition, Product and Operations
  • Conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis and audience insights to think creatively about segmentation, targeting and customizing experiences within appropriate channels and messages

What we're looking for:

  • 4-6 years of B2C digital marketing experience 
  • Experience working with HTML email templates
  • Experience in developing and deploying email and in-app campaigns via CRM tools
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data to analyze performance and lift
  • A desire to learn new things and constantly improve
  • Master of organization
  • Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a small team, in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Knowledge of Braze a plus
  • Writing experience, with a flawless command of spelling and grammar conventions
