About the role:
CaaStle is searching for a detail-oriented, analytically minded Marketing Manager to assist in the execution of key marketing programs. You’ll be part of an innovative, collaborative marketing team that is passionate about customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. This position will have a hands-on role in executing strategy across paid and growth channel initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive strategic optimization of marketing efforts to improve results in performance channels including A/B and multivariate testing of messaging and creative, audiences, landing pages, segments, and more
  • Utilize the tools of the Facebook and Google platforms to drive more efficient bidding and format optimization
  • Manage campaign execution including creative direction, production and asset management, and quality assessment
  • Analyze and make recommendations of marketing programs and campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate across the organization and client agency partners to optimize client marketing efforts and drive results
  • Own reporting across clients and in aggregate detailing variances to plan, providing explanations and recommending clear and actionable next steps
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in creating start-to-finish e-commerce marketing programs to drive consumer revenue across clients
  • Contribute to and propose innovative performance and growth channel strategies to increase customer acquisition
  • Lead communication with clients in review of marketing materials and performance of their business

We’d love for you to have:

  • Experience:  3-4 years of marketing experience required
  • Education:  BA/BS degree required.
  • Successful track-record with and extensive knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform required
  • Data entry skills and extensive experience with Excel is required
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details.
  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly client strategy and operations. This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture
  • Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests. Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing/social industry trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working  independently and collaboratively in support of team goals and business objectives
  • Interest in style a plus
