Attentive is looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for activating our industry partnerships to drive increased value from one of our most important revenue channels. This will involve a combination of strategic planning and creative execution, working in close collaboration with the VP of Partnerships and other members of the Marketing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Proactively keep track of projects and stay on top of many competing deadlines. 
  • Sales Enablement: Create a variety of materials to equip our Partnerships team and our partners’ sales teams, such as decks and one-pagers. 
  • Campaign Planning: Own the complete lifecycle of lead generation initiatives (planning, execution, measurement) for co-hosted events, webinars, blog posts, ebooks, and more. 
  • Operations: Manage partnership marketing budget and continually track expenses. Maintain partner directory listings and other content on the Partners section of our external website (in development).
  • Analysis: Consistently track the ROI effectiveness of each partnership marketing activity (leads generated, deals sourced and influenced, deals closed, cost per lead, etc.). Evaluate our existing efforts to determine the most valuable channels for partner-sourced new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Experience using and reporting with Salesforce. Hubspot is a plus. 
  • Experience creating marketing materials (from concept, to basic design, to distribution) and executing demand gen initiatives
  • Genuine interest in mobile technology, and eagerness to learn about and interact with our external industry partners
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to own campaigns from beginning to end
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Past startup experience a plus.
