As our Marketing Business Analyst within the Global Business Systems team, you have the opportunity to influence the trajectory of Sisense’s overall business. You will partner with Marketing and Business Development leaders to take on operational challenges within a fast growing organization. You will oversee and maintain Marketo administration and configuration as well as Salesforce as it relates to Marketing and pre-sales processes. In addition, you will manage ancillary Marketing applications that interface with Marketo and Salesforce.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You will learn about the Sisense product
- You will have built relationships with people in the Marketing, Business Development, and Business Operations teams.
- You will know the tech stack, and have worked with your manager to develop a plan to train up on applications you are not yet familiar with.
- You will understand the sales process and various roles within the customer lifecycle.
- You will have a strong understanding of the business needs and you’ll create a plan to stabilize and/or enhance our systems and processes.
- You will work with diverse teams across time zones while acting as an interface between the business, marketing, web, IT and development teams
Day 60...
- You will work on driving cross-functional and integrated processes within Marketing and Sales solutions
- You will support the Marketing team with day-to-day operations and requests.
- You will have reviewed the backlog of Marketing, Salesforce and other tool requests as it relates to Marketing Operations and will have shipped many process enhancements.
- You will establish a regular cadence of communications with stakeholders regarding new features, enhancements and changes to our tech stack.
Day 90...
- You will implement fixes to our customer lifecycle as it relates to Marketo and Salesforce to drive accurate attribution reporting.
- You will drive discussions within the team and cross-functionally around how we can improve our day-to-day operations and then implement the changes that add the most value with a KPI driven approach.
- You will have expanded your influence across the company, driving process and improvements where appropriate.
- You will have supported the evaluation, design and architecture of the Sales and Marketing technology stack.
WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:
- You’ve managed to learn about Sisense Business and Ecosystem and present our value proposition
- You’ve managed to understand how to best work with Marketing and Sales leaders
- Exposure to Salesforce pre-sales activities is preferred.
- You are a Certified Marketo Expert
- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201 or 211) and have 2 + years experience as a Salesforce.com Admin; experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
- You have managed, built, delivered and maintained custom Marketo and Salesforce solutions to support marketing, sales and customer success Marketing processes and handled ongoing system maintenance, customization/updates and enhancements to Marketo and Salesforce without interruption to the users.
- Experience working with other systems that integrate with Marketo and SFDC such as Clearbit, Google Ads, Drift, 6sense, AllBound etc. is a plus.
- You have examples of your effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Project Management tools and methodology is a plus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects, and Visio) or similar tools is desired.
- You have rigorous attention to detail.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and are able to run successful meetings with stakeholders.
- You can drive for results in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
