The Role

The Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist is responsible for owning our marketing tech stack administration and execution. We are looking for someone that is excited about building, optimizing and maintaining Breather’s marketing tech stack during a period of high growth.

The Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist will be part of a close-knit growth pod that works in tandem with marketing, product, sales and engineering to ensure our tech stack helps us measure and scale our marketing & growth initiatives.

As a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist at Breather, you will:

• Own the marketing tech stack administration & execution
• Set up, administer and monitor all Marketo streams (activation, nurture, and retention)
• Ensure our Marketo instance is best-in-class for lead scoring & routing, tracking, personalization and lifecycle management
• Work cross-functionally to drive seamless integrations and ensure data hygiene and quality
• Stay on top of marketing automation developments, industry trends and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation around operational processes, workflows, and tracking
• Support marketing campaigns by building & implementing data & tracking quality processes
• Be curious, and contribute with ideas and improvements for Breather’s go-to-market strategy
• Full funnel reporting and analytics

Helpful skills and experience you’ll need to succeed:

• A minimum of 3 year experience as an admin for marketing tech stack
• Experience setting up full-funnel automation in a marketing/sales B2B or SaaS cycle
• Proficiency with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical
• Knowledge of CRM key performance indicators and best practices
• You’re able to contribute in a close-knit team environment and you’re a great communicator, but you’re also perfectly comfortable working autonomously and can figure stuff out on your own
