Vimeo’s B2B marketing operations team is searching for a passionate, analytical B2B Marketing Operations Campaign Associate. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving demand for B2B SaaS products.

You’ll report to our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and work closely with the Demand Generation team. 

What you’ll do:

• Work with Demand team for email development & deployment from our Marketo instance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute numerous marketing programs through emails, list uploads, audience targeting, automated workflows, landing pages, etc.
• Create, sync, and operationalize CRM Campaign tracking
• Create, sync and operationalize webinar and event programs
• Own operations of all Nurture programs from customer onboarding to prospects
• Work closely with marketing teams to create and analyze lead and campaign reports to determine performance, ROI and business impact on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• Proficiency in MAP & CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Airtable)
• You have 2+ years of experience within marketing campaigns and operations
• You have strong understanding of end-to-end campaign management and the logistics required to get there
• Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter
• Familiarity with html is a plus
