We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Operations team to provide the revenue teams with the infrastructure and analytics they need to run campaigns, generate leads, build pipeline and close deals. You’ll be an early, core-member of the Operations team and you’re in it for the long-run, part of ups and downs, and prepared to give it all you’ve got! You’ll be a trusted collaborator as well as an essential conduit for the insight our salespeople and marketers need to succeed. You will directly impact how the teams currently work, but also help them build new capabilities to drive more revenue in areas such as business intelligence and lead scoring

About the job

You will join our growing company of 75 people, and work closely with our founding team, consisting of two X-Googlers, an HR professional, and senior developers with many years of experience working with exponential technologies. 

As a marketing operations manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

  • Build and manage processes and systems to support marketing, including building out the marketing technology stack and owning analytics and reporting

  • Evaluate and manage Marketing Technology requests and Project scopes

  • Perform marketing performance analytics for the marketing team, including forecasting, channel conversion, etc.

  • Enable the Marketing Team with data analytics needed to create customer insights and understand marketing performance

  • Manage workflow process development & documentation

  • You’ll have lots of freedom and flexibility to shape and reshape your role

 

About you

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations in SaaS software - startup experience preferred

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (ideally HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies, including Salesforce

  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

  • Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and functions

  • Strong team player capabilities but still a proactive self-starter

  • A few crooked fun facts, cool hobbies, or passions is a plus :)
