Marketing Operations Manager

Requirements
About The Role
The Marketing Operations Manager will
- Report to the Director of Marketing
- Generate MQLs by creating and optimizing new and existing marketing campaigns
- Manage and iterate upon email workflows and campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy in our CRM
- Track and report on engagement metrics, identify pain points and find scalable solutions
- Measure and analyze lead progression funnel by setting up dashboards
- Manage list segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging
- Align with key stakeholders on marketing collateral standards, cleanliness, and governance
- Manage Hubspot and its integration with Salesforce
About You
- 3+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience
- An excellent project manager
- Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing funnels
- Experience building and implementing lead generating marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in data-driven marketing, funnel optimization, process creation and process optimization
