Keywee is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us take our marketing activities to the next level. You will be joining a small team that moves fast, and you’ll own a substantial portion of our marketing program. You’ll have the freedom — and budget — to plan, experiment, and execute various marketing activities.  

The Marketing Operations Manager will be expected to run marketing campaigns that attract new leads, convert those leads into new business opportunities, and help sales leadership nurture those opportunities on their path to becoming customers. You will also manage the upkeep and lead the ongoing optimization of our marketing tech stack and team processes. 

You will play a significant role in shaping the team’s future, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow with the team and the company.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving our tech stack. Marketo and Salesforce are the backbone of our marketing activities. You’ll manage the ongoing upkeep and optimization of these tools, as well as our integrations to additional marketing and sales tools. You’ll be the point person for the Marketing & Sales teams for questions about tools, data, workflows, and process-related questions, and will lead the conversation about process improvements. 

  • Owning marketing campaigns end-to-end: You’ll be the owner of one (or few) of the marketing channels our team uses to engage prospects and start sales conversations, like webinars, conferences, and content marketing. That means that you’ll be planning, executing and tracking campaigns in the channel, collaborating closely with other Keywee teams like sales and customer success. You’ll also analyze results and optimize the channel using tools like Marketo, WordPress, Zoom, Salesforce, and Excel.

  • Creating sales opportunities: Ultimately, we are looking for marketers who can help us initiate sales conversations with content marketers around the world. Your success will mainly be measured on the number of successful sales conversations you contribute to starting.

  • Producing powerful content. Content marketing is our passion and mission, so be prepared — and excited — to spend a good chunk of your time leading our content efforts: Ideating, strategizing, creating, and measuring the world’s best content marketing. You’ll also create written materials for the sales team to use during the sales process and promote the Keywee brand. 
     

 Qualifications (or what we’re looking for)

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years in experience in Marketing

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with Wordpress

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
