JW Player's Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the Growth, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing teams to drive pipeline and bookings by leveraging marketing automation and email marketing best practices. Primary responsibilities include ownership of marketing tech stack, email campaign execution, and measurement and reporting on campaign performance.


In this role, you will:

  • Administer, maintain and optimize all marketing automation tools, including Marketo, and act as stakeholder for SalesLoft, SendGrid, and Salesforce
  • Define marketing automation strategy for lead scoring and nurturing to boost pipeline generation, velocity, and ensure the highest quality leads are delivered to sales
  • Maintain data integrity between systems
  • Manage the production and execution of demand generation, customer retention & cross-selling email marketing campaigns and nurture streams; ensure all campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry
  • Optimize lists and use segmentation tactics to maintain high deliverability, strong response rates, and overall sender score health
  • Ensure all marketing touches and campaigns are tracked and reflected in funnel performance using Bizible, Marketo and Salesforce
  • Implement A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
  • Support the marketing team by sharing new ideas, best practice methodologies, and data-driven insights based upon campaign performance
  • Provide ROI reporting for all campaigns executed, accurately measuring marketing’s contributions to bookings


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation, email deployment, and campaign management
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with B2B SaaS technology products 
  • Understanding of demand generation best practices
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR to ensure compliance
  • Proven experience producing quality work in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment
  • General knowledge of B2B and digital marketing
  • Experience implementing and integrating new tools to existing tech stack
