nTopology is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager. This position will be critical to the growth of nTopology’s customer base. The role will work to streamline customer acquisition to the sales team by optimizing campaigns and tracking in Marketo.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Own, optimize and manage our Marketo instance including developing programming, optimizing lead scoring in collaboration with sales and reporting on key metrics 
  • Ensuring the health of Marketo including privacy policies and ensuring full legal compliance and database limits 
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to establish and maintain best practices in campaign and lead management, strengthen and accelerate pipelines for new customer acquisition and expansion 
  • Focus on lead scoring and database segmentation for lead generation, customer expansion and account based campaigns 

Who You Are

  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization of time and information 
  • Extremely hands-on with demonstrable technical expertise to solve problems with minimal guidance
  • Deep understanding of the lead lifecycle process and sales development function in terms of MQL followup and lead dispositions
  • Proactive and highly efficient working both individually and in collaboration with others in the team and other stakeholders in the company
  • Experience working in a B2B software marketing team
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a marketing operations role, and deep knowledge of Marketo such as Marketo Certified Associate (MCA)
  • B.S. or B.A. required
  • U.S. Based

It's a Plus if You Also Have

  • Salesforce chops
  • Experience marketing to an engineering, design or simulation audience
