Celonis is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager, as part of the newly created Marketing Operations group, supporting the evaluation of current infrastructure – including the campaign execution process, quality controls in place, marketing tools, reporting, and implementing enhancements to drive improvements to campaign quality & customer experience metrics. You will be part of a team responsible for Marketing Automation, Systems & Processes, and Data & Analytics.
This is a hands-ons, technical role where you will be working with marketers in offices around the world, with HQ in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations: Support the re-architecture of how marketing campaigns are created, tracked and reported on. This includes marketing automation processes, CRM processes and data capture methods. Strong Focused on optimizing the lead management process and workflows to ensure maximization of the marketing to sales funnel increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
Marketing Automation Administration: Own our marketing automation platform (Pardot) at the administrative level. This includes regular system audits, synchronization with our CRM (Salesforce) and the implementation/upkeep of new/existing integrations.
General Marketing Operations: Provide ad-hoc support to our growing marketing team across the globe troubleshooting marketing technology issues, resolving data discrepancies and providing structure governance to the team. This also includes creating enablement materials such as process documentation, slide decks and diagrams.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience as part of a global Marketing operations team for B2B tech companies
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build processes and ensure process compliance in a hypergrowth environment
- Understanding of Marketing processes, digital Marketing, web content planning and content lifecycle management.
- Experience with Marketing automation platforms and marketing technology systems such as Pardot, Terminus
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce Campaigns configuration.
- Strong ability to create documentation and training materials for enablement
