Marketing Operations Specialist for Camelot Venture Group fitness company – P.volve.

P.volve Fitness is fitness evolved. Backed by Camelot Venture Group, the group that brought to life SmileDirectClub, Quicken Loans, 1-800-Contacts, and many other disruptive DTC brands, P.volve is growing rapidly and is seeking highly-driven and intelligent individuals to join this exciting organization.

With a foundation in physical therapy methods, our pre-hab approach to exercise ensures clients are getting in the best shape of their lives while preventing injury, improving longevity and encouraging overall healthy lifestyle changes. As a low-intensity, resistance-based workout, P.volve focuses on lengthening, strengthening and toning the muscles to eliminate bulk, inflammation, and risk of injury both during the workout and throughout clients’ daily lives.

P.volve is looking for a sharp Marketing Operations Specialist, responsible for assisting in, and  managing: technical partnerships, building scalable processes for lead management, data and analytics reporting, and the marketing tech stack operations. Looking for someone with experience in CRM processes and systems. 

 

As the Marketing Operations Specialist at P.volve, you will:

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas of optimization
  • Assist in creating and monitoring all ExactTarget streams (activation, nurture and retention)
  • Work cross-functionally with our partners to drive seamless integrations and ensure data hygiene and quality
  • Partner with cross-functional team to automate processes (API, List Pulls), and assess opportunities for improving data and product integration with email
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Comfortable recommending best practices in CRM list management.
  • Stay on top of marketing automation developments, industry trends and best practices
  • Create and maintain documentation around operational processes, workflows and tracking
  • Support marketing campaigns by building and implementing data and tracking quality processes
  • Monitor metrics and provide full funnel reporting and analytics

 

Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years experience of equivalent experience
  • Experience setting up full-funnel automation in marketing/sales B2C cycle
  • Proficiency with ExactTarget, Salesforce, Shopify
  • Experience in Mailchimp, Google Analytics a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical
  • Knowledge of CRM key performance indicators and best practices
  • Great communicator, loves collaboration
  • Able to work autonomously
