Marketing Operations Specialist at Newsela
The Marketing Operations Specialist will streamline and execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns and programs. You will be our central point of contact for the Demand Center driving marketing program execution, request intake processes and debrief and analysis for optimizing our campaigns. This role will include program execution, project and process management, documentation, enablement, and training. You will also establish Marketo reporting and dashboards to monitor the impact of marketing programs, and help drive decisions to continuously improve marketing performance.

As a data-driven marketer with 2+ years experience in SaaS or EdTech Marketing Operations, and Marketo Certified Associate credentials, you have an understanding of a diverse marketing mix and are able to combine your marketing skills to a passion for data, process, and technology. You’ll get to flex your Marketo administration skills and marry them to your organizational and communication skills to drive strategic growth and support scalability. You’ve leveraged your deep technical knowledge of Marketo to skillfully manage the Marketo needs of 15+ marketers with demonstrated success delivering webinars, emails, landing pages, and segmentation to support demand generation. You have an analytical mind, but with the ability to translate Marketo reports and findings into KPIs for business and marketing drivers, and communicate those findings to a diverse set of stakeholders. This is a heavily collaborative role so the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and bring a deep technical knowledge to projects is a must.
