About the Role
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with our global marketing, sales and revenue operations teams to develop repeatable and scalable processes that directly impact our revenue and time-to-market. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time marketing campaign execution and creating feedback loops with stakeholders to keep them informed about what is working and what isn't.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digging into data to inform their perspective and is eager to help shape the future direction of the organization by influencing senior leaders. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in building out foundational operational processes at an organization experiencing hypergrowth, and we're looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make it happen.
About the Team
At Miro, the Revenue Operations team is the glue that unites the entire go to market organization. We are a rapidly growing global team spread out across hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Amsterdam, Munich, London, Sydney and Tokyo and we are looking for people from all backgrounds to help us build the future of Miro. In this role you'll report to the Head of Marketing Operations & Strategy and you'll sit within the broader revenue operations organization.
What you'll do

  • Partner with sales development and marketing teams to develop and implement new initiatives that drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to set monthly and quarterly targets for key marketing metrics such as pipeline, marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and product qualified accounts (PQAs)
  • Lead operational cadences with cross functional partners to drive alignment and accountability
  • Define the roadmap for marketing operations in the Americas to ensure we have the necessary technical infrastructure and process to quickly deploy new experiments and measure their outcomes against pipeline build goals.
  • Build out marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform
  • Provide strategic guidance on how to build a world class enterprise marketing and sales motion


What you'll need

  • 2 or more years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
  • Strong analytical skills and a hunger for uncovering insights within data. Excel / Google Sheets a must; SQL and/or BI experience (Looker/Tableau a plus
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Familiarity with building pipeline contribution models
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy or marketing analytics
  • Experience working at a company with a product led growth (PLG) model a plus

The reasonably estimated salary is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $164,000 - $200,000. Included in the total package is an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
