The Marketing Operations role will sit within the Growth team and will be responsible for managing Growth projects related to creative, ad trafficking, and creative performance. Day to day, the Marketing Ops Manager will manage several ongoing projects as they move through the project pipeline optimizing workflows in Asana, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and various creative tools. This role will also be responsible for managing elements of our content marketing pipeline, including briefing and copy editing new content marketing pieces.
**This is a Remote, Work from Home Position. Candidates must be authorized to work in and reside in the United States. Candidates in New York Metro and surrounding areas preferred.**
Responsibilities
- Manages ad trafficking and creates timeline transparency in Asana
- Maintain regular, formulaic standards for project timelines and asset launch
- Special focus on ad operations, workflow operations, and content marketing development
- Understands the Growth Team’s creative needs and manages projects to deliver platform-specific creatives meeting a given platform’s needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management experience and strong organizational acumen
- 3+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in an ad agency or ad exchange environment
- Comfortability with Google Suite, Slack, Asana
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google DV360
- Experience with content writing and copy editing
- Functional graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop, etc.) a must
- Experience working in a startup environment (e-commerce/DTC preferred)
- Comfortability in a fast paced, global remote work environment a plus
