The Role: 

The Marketing Program Manager, Small Market Business (SMB) will work with our marketing programs, corporate marketing, field marketing and agency partners to deliver marketing campaigns, within budget and on schedule, designed to drive conversions and renewals within our small and medium business market. You will manage marketing program planning and execution, and will closely monitor and optimize campaign performance in order to set and achieve our quarterly KPIs, that span the full SMB customer lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale. You’ll play a key role in building and maturing a new eCommerce path to purchase and go to market strategy for our SMB audience, working cross-functionally with teams inside and outside of marketing.

You are a data-driven B2B marketer with great strategic instincts and exceptional project management skills. You’ve been delivering marketing campaigns on-time, on-budget, and on-plan for at least 4+ years. You have experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and are excited by optimizing messaging, offers, channels, and creative to optimize lead generation performance. You have experience with building, optimizing, and driving conversions through eCommerce experiences. You have a working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and leading marketing analytics tools.
