Joining Collibra’s Demand Center team:

Collibra’s Marketing Demand Center team is seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to support the development of our marketing program materials, sourcing and influencing pipeline generation for our sales team. The Demand Center plays a critical role in driving consistent, repeatable and scalable marketing efforts that build a cohesive customer journey. In this role you'll be supporting design, execution, measurement and optimization of scalable programs across various marketing channels. This individual will also be responsible for building best practice guides and program playbooks utilized by the larger marketing organization. This role requires skills in project management and process development.

Marketing Programs Specialists at Collibra are responsible for: 

  • Supporting the ongoing planning, optimization and execution of scaled marketing programs for programs including but not limited to webinars, demos, email nurtures, web chat, third party partnerships, and direct mail.
  • Understanding our total addressable market (TAM), customer base and personas to ensure program strategy, content, channels and targeting are aligned to achieve optimal results.
  • Documenting our program process and best practices guides as well as developing program “in a box” tool kits for global field and ABM execution. 
  • Working closely with Demand Center and Marketing Operations teams to build, execute and optimize programs that help reach our pipeline goals and other marketing KPIs.
  • Being our program project manager and driving timely and consistent communication of demand initiatives, progress, and performance results to the broader Marketing team, Sales team to ensure we are enabled on program deliverables.

You Have:

  • 2-5 years experience working on marketing programs or campaigns. B2B technology experience a plus 
  • Demonstrable results by leveraging a variety of marketing channels including but not limited to webinars, demos, email nurtures, web chat, third party partnerships, and direct mail.
  • Content marketing / demand generation experience, with understanding of messaging and engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of marketing best practices, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, email marketing, landing page, form strategy, etc.
  • Experience in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Global Campaign Strategy, the Marketing Programs Specialist’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will absorb knowledge about current marketing programs, processes & tools as well as identify key pain points and opportunities for program improvements.
  • Within your third month, you will be actively participating in program reviews, building program best practices guides and delivering program playbooks for global field and ABM execution.
  • Within your sixth month, you will own program material development including content development, track and report success metrics, and execute scale programs.
