We’re seeking a marketing project manager that is passionate about bringing our industry and event marketing programs to life. As part of the Industry and Experiential Marketing team, the Marketing Project Manager will ensure that our programs are built on brand, on budget, and on time. You will report directly to the Global Head of Industry and Experiential Marketing. This will require working onsite full-time and occasional travel (~15-20% of the time) to event locations in both the US and in Europe.

What You’ll Do:

• Project manage key industry and event programs to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
• Build project timelines and traffic assets from concept to production which may include brand, legal, and executive reviews
• Support the Industry and Experiential marketing team as needed to deliver inspiring programs from educational roadshows to a keynote presentation to inspirational conference for our partners
• Track and manage budgets, invoices, and purchasing for industry and event programs
• Manage event invitation and registration systems - from developing creative to deploying invites - to our attendees for events
• Update internal communications - from weekly reports to calendars - with the latest information about our programs
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the globe

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6+ years of project management experience in marketing or events
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proactive and able to drive projects to completion on deadline and on budget
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills as every project requires multiple inputs and teams
• Able to travel 15-20% of the time and must have a valid passport and be able to work in the US and Europe
• Able to lift 20 lbs
• Able to make decisions on behalf of Pinterest
