About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager with superior organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to establish processes and drive efficiency across a fast-growing, high-performing marketing team.

Candidates should have considerable experience working across marketing functions—with designers, copywriters, event managers, strategists, and more—either in an agency environment or on an in-house marketing team. 

What You'll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of cross-functional projects on Asana, our project management platform.
• Establish templates, practices, and processes across all projects for optimal clarity and alignment as we work together to achieve our company’s ambitious goals.
• Monitor scheduling, planning, and resource management from kickoff to execution.
• Build strong partnerships with marketers and creatives, gaining a deep understanding of the structure and support they need to bring their best ideas to life. 
• Interface with our content agency to understand legacy processes, then collaborate with our internal team to refine and elevate those processes so we can produce and execute new projects at scale.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in a project management role, preferably with a marketing agency or on an in-house marketing team. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management software (like Asana).
• Experience building, optimizing, and maintaining processes in support of a broad range of marketing activities. 
• Experience working with designers, copywriters, and other creatives in a fast-moving environment.
• An “A” player who has a passion for problem-solving, with a strong ability to recognize flawed processes or repeated issues and build scalable solutions.
• A hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker with an ability to intelligently prioritize multiple competing projects and timelines.
• A calm, kind disposition—keeping things in perspective and remembering that we’re humans first. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with B2B marketing, particularly at a growth-stage tech or SaaS company.
• Deep proficiency in Asana.
