Responsibilities: 

• Simultaneously supporting a variety of ongoing programs and one-time projects across multiple initiatives, creating and optimizing processes that insure efficiency and clarity - while still balancing our need for agility and flexibility.
• Acting as the single source of truth for all projects - including scope, timelines, and status.
• Communicating each day’s priorities to all team members, insuring daily and ongoing alignment across Marketing.
• Managing project schedules, meeting agendas, and documentation across Marketing.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans as needed.
• Interacting with other groups across the company to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Actively monitoring project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, analytics, or anything else that would make us say, “Hmmm, that’s interesting.”CAPM/PMP/Any Scrum & Agile certification, a plus.
• 3+ years of project management experience in an tech or marketing environment.
• Expert in Agile; experience implementing Agile processes from scratch, a plus.
• Experience implementing software / web development projects.
• Strong understanding of business and functional requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competencies in project management and communications tools.
• Enthusiasm to work on a variety of digital projects across multiple platforms.
• You are an obsessive list maker and task-master who gets great pleasure from keeping others organized, communicating with both technical and business types, and ensuring your projects are delivered on time.
• You are a mix of project manager and product manager: you can write specs, understand technical requirements, and are able to guide a product-based projects from conception to launch.
