What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our global Brand Marketing team with members in New York, Tel Aviv, and San Francisco. (This is a temporary position - at lease 6 month with an option to become permanent). The Sisense Brand Marketing team includes creative design, content, brand advertising and campaign functions aimed at growing awareness for the Sisense brand globally. Our work comes to life in the form of videos, advertising, websites, blogs, ebooks and more, and we are in need of a production manager to help us manage the processes and workflows of creating this work at scale.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized project management pro with experience managing high volumes of complex projects for marketing or creative organizations.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, and partner closely with the Heads of the Content and Creative teams. This position is based in New York, NY.
What Will You Do:
- Lead the project management function of our internal brand studio.
- Manage the process around all content and design assets, working with both internal and external creators to deliver new series and franchises towards specified delivery dates.
- Help scope and kick off new projects, ensuring that scope, timing and expectations are adequately communicated, and that the creative and content teams have everything they need to deliver great work.
- Manage a high volume of work, managing long-term campaigns and quickly responding to shifting business and market needs.
- Set up process timelines and milestones in Asana, our project management tool.
- Traffic management — helping assign tasks to the creative and content team, and to report on the tasks and project in flight.
- With the heads of brand, content and creative you will help manage the strategic planning process.
- Use metrics to track your content performance and contribute to overall content strategy and content mix, as well as lead generation and awareness metrics.
- Work closely with other teams, especially our Creative team but also our product, engineering, and customer success teams.
What Should You Have:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- The ability to break down messy, multi-stakeholder projects into clear project plans and workflows
- The ability to work through ambiguity and strive for clarity.
- Experience at a creative agency or marketing department.
- Experience having driven process improvement and alignment in previous roles.
- An understanding of the design and content creation process.
- Experience working in project management workflow tools.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis and reporting on content performance and production
- A desire to work cross-functionally, partnering closely with design, content and and internal stakeholders from several teams.
