Overall Responsibilities:

 

You will be responsible for managing the Amazon business, collaborating with our Marketing, Demand Planning, Operations, and Creative teams to develop and execute a strategy to rapidly grow our presence on Amazon and additional e-retailers

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize current ASIN listings
  • Manage ASIN content updates including copy, images, and SEO optimizations, briefing into Creative team for Amazon optimized product images
  • Build Amazon Brand Pages and A+ Pages, testing content to optimize for conversion
  • Develop and execute Amazon Advertising Campaigns to drive sales
  • Manage inventory and forecasting, working with Demand Planning team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Chain), ensuring inventory and availability of ASINS
  • Drive and curate reviews on Amazon
  • Work with customer care team to ensure SLA levels are met for direct messages and Q&A responses
  • Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better product listing optimization
  • Understand processes and deadlines related to assets and listing management
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing on 360 product launch plans, providing robust marketing plans and recommended budgets for new launches on Amazon
  • Lead and develop KPIs and reporting processes to track success of initiatives
  • Lead strategy around Amazon Associates/Influencer Program
  • Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
  • Stay on top of marketplace patterns and trends and evolve Amazon growth strategy accordingly
  • Submit claims and reach out to Amazon Support when needed to resolve issues
  • Manage tracking and reporting of sales metrics and any advertising campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years of Amazon marketing experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Amazon selling practices, procedures and policies
  • Agency management experience
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and a self-starter
  • Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, the digital environment and competitor landscape
  • Great at communicating, even better at collaborating
  • Agency and media experience
  • Capable of synthesizing data to drive business decisions
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies
  • Passion for natural food and beverage
  • Team player with the ability to navigate an organization, influence partners, build consensus and work across various functional departments
