ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Rightway is in high growth mode, and so is our marketing team. This is an opportunity to become one of the foundational team members who will help shape and define Rightway’s marketing and member engagement strategy! 

We are looking for a marketer early in their career with a passion for member engagement, strategy, and execution. The Member Marketing Associate will play a critical role in advancing our marketing strategy and driving member activations for our top employer and health plan clients. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Rightway is unique in that we are a B2B2C business. This means it will be pivotal for the Marketing Associate to partner cross-functionally with our account management team to develop and execute engagement initiatives that will drive activation of Rightway’s service on behalf of our clients.
  • Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests; deliver results and insights for the rest of the team.
  • Develop bespoke engagement campaigns that resonate with distinct client populations and drive activations.
  • Track and document the success of Rightway’s main KPIs and client campaigns. 
  • Build monthly and quarterly insights and present them to senior leadership.
  • Own the marketing strategy to drive activations for our Navigation and Pharmacy solutions for our top employer and health plan clients.
  • Create marketing best practices based on winning campaigns to share with the account management and sales teams.
  • Act as the marketing SME in client-facing meetings to present annual engagement strategies which you will develop.
  • Support our clients by fulfilling member engagement requests such as creating flyers, emails, mailers, etc.

 

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • At least three years of consumer marketing experience. 
  • A strong, independent creator who likes to roll up their sleeves and not just envision marketing campaigns but build them. 
  • A track record of creating and executing email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including but not limited to consumer-facing marketing collateral.
  • You have a passion for thinking outside the box and are energized by finding new ways to overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent at balancing priorities and adjusting time management on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset and possess a natural curiosity to delve into marketing data and understand who our members are and the best way to engage them.
  • Your attention to detail is second to none, and you hold yourself accountable for accuracy and deadlines.
  • Ability to be a strong cross-functional partner with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using engagement platforms similar to Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io.
  • Excited to be a part of a small but skilled team setting out to change healthcare for the better.

  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • You have worked in a B2B2C setting before.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $110,000
