DESCRIPTION

That’s where you come in. As our North America business continues to experience significant growth, you will lead marketing strategies and tactics that make a measurable difference in engaging and attracting technology talent to join our teams in the US, Mexico and Canada.

You will help the company meet its talent acquisition and candidate engagement goals while acting as a trusted advisor to our North America TA leadership team and our business. This role will require you to work cross-functionally to define, grow, manage and optimize the region’s talent marketing strategy, collaborating with TA Leadership, Brand Marketing and Communications teams to develop consistent and locally relevant brand messages and visual identity. Building on existing initiatives and progress, we welcome you to bring a wealth of new ideas, critical thinking and creativity to connect with our target audiences and improve the candidate experience.

As part of a large global Talent Marketing community, you will also play a pivotal role in leading and being involved in global projects. With your peers, you will share best practice from North America, learn from other regions, and help scale initiatives globally.

Ultimately, your impact in this role will credential EPAM as a technology employer of choice for the world’s most innovative and influential “digital orchestrators” – strategists, designers, industry consultants, software architects, platform and software engineers and product managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, manage and coach a team of three Talent Marketing Specialists
  • Lead, develop and execute the talent marketing strategy for the US, Mexico and Canada
  • Develop innovative tactics, campaign ideas, and collateral assets to support key messaging
  • Actively participate in the global talent marketing community of practice. Share best practice, learn from your peers, and lead and participate in global projects
  • Collaborate with our employee engagement teams to ensure alignment between internal employee programs and messages and our approach to the external talent marketplace
  • Partner with our corporate brand marketing, diversity and inclusion, and internal communications teams to craft and effectively execute campaigns and design concepts
  • Quickly gain an understanding of our industry, business and project objectives
  • Create, maintain and present project plans
  • Analyze and prioritize project activities and stakeholder needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
  • Define and track measures of success to effectively measure TA Marketing ROI and business impact
  • Manage internal team workflow and task assignments
  • Collaborate with teams of designers, copywriters, and developers to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering on time and on budget
  • Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, in a related field preferred
  • Deep understanding of modern digital platforms and channels including mobile, social and events
  • 5+ years’ experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing or related consulting
  • Strong understanding of the technology/consulting recruiting function
  • Experience with metrics and measurement and ability to tell story with data and drive results
  • Ability to work with and manage internal stakeholders
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service
  • Passion for design and creative problem solving
  • Must be results and detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills, efficiency and dedication

  • Experience with journey mapping and service design
  • Agency background with storytelling and influencer marketing experience
  • Startup talent building experience
