Well good news, we have a spot open for a Performance Marketing Manager. We are looking for a Marketing guru to own end-to-end delivery for innovative and effective marketing campaigns through new and old channels to reach new customers. 

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll be the Campaign Strategist who meticulously monitors, reports, and tests execution of marketing campaigns with existing sales and marketing teams. 
  • You’ll be the Digital Guru who owns end-to-end delivery for paid digital campaigns across various channels such as Quora, TikTok, and Snapchat—with a focus on paid search.
  • You’ll be the Achievement Analyst who tracks performance data and reports KPIs of marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll be the Trailblazer who sources new marketing niches and regional-specific channels, and builds customized campaigns.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in a performance marketing capacity with one or more of these channels: paid search (Google Adwords, Bing Ads), paid social, native, and display
  • Extensive knowledge of direct response campaigns with precise KPIs
  • Quantitative skills, familiarity working with and analyzing large data sets
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to present technical or data driven information to a non-technical audience
  • Comfortable owning a channel or campaign end-to-end
  • Comfortable working with a global team across offices and time-zones
