What You'll Do:

CREATE | As a Paid Media Buyer [PMB], you are responsible for writing, building, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be an integral part of the brainstorming and execution of ads that result in consumers buying products online. You’ll also work closely with your team’s graphic designer to ideate new ad concepts each week, based on insights from past campaign performance. For each new ad idea, you’ll be tasked with writing compelling, direct-response ad copy.

OPTIMIZE | You are responsible for managing large budgets and ultimately the success of the ad accounts. You’ll build the ads and report on campaign performance. PMBs continually tweak and optimize audiences and buying strategies to create the best possible outcomes for their clients. You’ll also conduct A/B tests in order to determine the best performing creative and target audiences for your campaigns. You will manage large advertising budgets and have a solid understanding of financial risks.

COMMUNICATE | Every day, you’ll work to improve communication with and among your team and clients. Specifically, you’ll communicate with your team about campaign performance and creative testing results. You’ll combine data analysis from the ad account with feedback from clients to aid your team in developing strategic plans for tactical creative, messaging, and targeting.

What Success Looks Like

  • Quick and thoughtful execution of paid social ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
  • Positioning yourself as the expert on platform and bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
  • Problem-solving your way to reach success in our client’s ad accounts by digging into the data and transforming that into actionable next steps

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing or Business, or relevant experience, required
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
