We are continuing to expand our Growth Marketing and Paid Media Team and looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Paid Search Manager to join us. Our Paid Search Managers are strategic-minded and solutions-oriented when tasked with solving our clients’ challenges, but they also love getting their hands dirty with day-to-day planning, monitoring, and optimization. Responsibilities

  • Execute on paid search and display campaigns to optimize for client objectives, including CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Help clients and team members understand the role of various paid media channels in achieving their objectives
  • Manage client relationship in regards to search / display performance and strategy
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative/copy briefing and development, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to teams as to how they might affect client accounts
  • Provide timely updates to direct supervisor on account health and raise concerns about downward trends and client flags

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid search and display campaigns with a minimum budget of $75k/month
  • Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS, and other relevant client goals
  • Extensive knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization tactics on Google AdWords and Bing Ads 
  • Knowledge of Search Management Platforms (e.g. Search Ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo) a plus
  • Experience managing a client relationship, including, but not limited to, written and verbal communication, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, and collaborative strategic planning
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
  • Data- and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
