As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you’ll be working on creating relationships with content & distribution partners to support the growth of Pinterest in Germany. You'll be part of our German office that partners with brands and publishers to drive initiatives that meet partners’ business goals as well as Pinterest’s growth and content goals. Start date is July, 2018. The contract is limited to 18 months. The job is based in Berlin.

What you'll do:

• Support strong direct relationships with key content and distribution partners (brands, publishers, platform partners)
• Prepare communication & training material to consult partners on their organic Pinterest strategy and guide them through paid media opportunities, if appropriate
• Help to analyse partner’s needs and progress aligning with their business goals with Pinterest
• Be an internal advocate for partners by working with product and engineering teams to respond to partner needs and feedback
• Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics internally and to partners
  

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, economics or communication studies.
• First experience in digital marketing communicating with clients and other stakeholders
• Have an analytical mindset to work with external and internal KPI goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, be professionally proficient in German and English
• Passion for visual inspiration and joining an internationally operating startup that allows you to try new things and actively push the limits on the current status quo
