As an Associate Partner Strategist on The Performance Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing the success of performance marketing partnerships. Using an analytical mindset while remaining solutions-oriented, you will assist top partners across multiple industries and work to achieve their advertising goals. As the primary point of contact for all partnership related inquiries, both internally and externally, the Partner Strategist will remain up to date on all of the partners goals and metrics. In this role, reporting to the Manager, Partnership Success, you’ll be a crucial part of the growth and overall success of the Performance Marketing Team and Dotdash as a whole.
About Your Contributions:
- Diligently monitor campaigns, proactively identify areas of opportunity or risk, and resolve potential issues
- Communicate directly with partners and provide first-class service in reaching their performance goals
- Work closely with the Editorial Team to ensure the most accurate and up to date information is displayed.
- Monitor performance and maintain positive relationships with our partners
- Run weekly meetings to review metrics and provide optimization & content recommendations
- Contribute to monthly forecast, end-of-month billing, and 3rd party reconciliation
- Prospect new topic ideas with Partners, and coordinate execution with the Editorial Team.
About You:
- 1-2 years digital media and/or account management experience
- Prior experience with Google Analytics or other data analytics platforms (i.e., Looker)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Performance Marketing/Affiliate Marketing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and campaigns with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
- Able to communicate expertly internally and externally at all levels
