Hydrant is seeking a hungry teammate who will oversee Hydrant’s partnership efforts. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and the Sr Mgr of Communications on all strategies, content creation and activations to further expand the brand’s profile in a way that drives the business forward.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven marketer to spearhead all partnerships and collaborations that drive growth. The ideal candidate is both a left and right-brain thinker – responsible for efficient new customer acquisition with a finely-tuned understanding of who loves our brand and why.

As Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all brand partnerships, affiliates, influencers, podcasts, in-gym marketing, one-off social media campaigns, and more. This includes both high-level strategies, as well as day-to-day implementation.

This is a crucial role in translating the company’s mission by establishing relationships with key influential individuals, brands, and media who can reach our desired audiences. The ideal candidate is fearlessly creative, analytical, and is known for his/her hustle and ability to execute against all odds.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and streamline influencer marketing strategy & processes.
  • Run all affiliate and podcast marketing, leveraging platforms, agencies, and direct outreach (read: emails and persistence!)
  • Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates.
  • Identify, validate, and scale new branded marketing channels & partnerships. Become an expert in something new every few weeks.
  • Ideate and develop a strategy for Hydrant’s ambassador program
  • Source ambassadors and activate them into Hydrant’s network
  • Support in building Hydrant’s community in online & offline

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in health & wellness, media, or influencer agency
  • Strong writing and communications skills; excellent long and short-form copywriter
  • Natural grasp of the brand with an ability to adopt our brand's tone of voice
  • Love of & professional fluency in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and more)
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure success (“No task is too small” attitude)
  • Highly detail-oriented and takes pride in producing exceptional deliverables
  • Passion in nutrition, wellness, fitness, or food/beverage
  • Creative with an eye for design (graphic + lifestyle & product photo/video)
  • Self-motivated and the ability to identify and solve problems without direction
  • Highly organized – you love spreadsheets & to-do lists!
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and hold people accountable against their deadline
