As a Partnerships Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing giveaway campaigns and facilitating partnerships between brands while also managing a small team. Operating under the Customer Success department, you’ll work closely with our clients and educate them on how to get the best out of the DojoMojo platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product team and play a hand in shaping the DojoMojo platform as it continues to evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 Partnerships Coordinators.
  • As a Team Lead, you’ll also be responsible for launching campaigns and managing customer relationships.
  • Consistently track and maintain the team’s quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
  • Drive the team’s prospecting efforts while also prospecting prospective customers as well. This role is expected to lead by example by meeting and/or exceeding the outlined objectives. 
  • Our Elite program is a fully managed service which is a joint effort of both the Engagement and Partnerships teams. As a Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring customers’ campaign objectives are met in the expected timeframe. 
  • Review and recommend ways to optimize clients’ campaigns for success.
  • Help customers understand the technical nuances of DojoMojo's features and provide the necessary support.
  • Educate customers on how to grow their email audience, website traffic, social audience, and mobile phone number acquisition. 
  • Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to share customer feedback and help with building new features.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience coordinating and facilitating marketing partnerships.
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing a team.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, ESPs and client management is ideal. 
  • Experience in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company is a must.
  • We need someone who is organized, disciplined and is not afraid to lead by example. 
  • A strong communicator with top-notch client skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized and excel at balancing multiple tasks at once, while remaining calm.
  • Friendly, smart, outgoing, and patient.
  • Excited to work in a startup and willing to lend a hand in other areas of the business.
