The Elevate team is a group of cross-channel digital experts working hand in hand with growing and emerging companies to help enhance their digital performance. Ranging from Social, to Search, to D2C tracking, the team works as marketing consultants to Elevate these businesses to the next level.

The Performance Associate role drives superior KPI performance by developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex ad campaigns across all digital channels. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms (from Facebook to Programmatic) and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the most exciting brands in the world.

The role is hands on keyboard media buying across channels, and uses their channel knowledge to provide strategy recommendations based on provided client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Planning:
    • Help plan year-long to campaign-specific measurement plans and learning agendas
    • Collaborate with team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy
    • Create initial media plan based on brief provided by Account Lead
    • Provide recommendation on what channels to activate on and audiences to target within each channel
    • Communicate new campaign management strategy ideas to help drive client alignment
  • Buying:
    • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major digital platforms with a focus on flawless execution
    • Execute media buy based on details in media plan
    • Build all details from campaign to ad level  
    • Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by other client teams
  • Optimizing:
    • Perform daily pacing and performance checks
    • Optimize campaigns at most granular level (i.e. ad or keyword)

Requirements

  • No media buying or planning experience necessary (but preferred)
  • Willing to learn media buying and planning for Social, Search, and Programmatic
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using resources to learn new channels
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Not client facing
