OkCupid is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager!
Every single day OkCupid is responsible for 40,000 first dates, some of which turn into people finding their life partner. What we’re looking for:
- Lead strategy, planning and execution for all performance digital for OkCupid. Specifically, paid search and paid social acquisition for the OkCupid brand with the goal of acquiring new users within acceptable CPA target based on customer lifetime value models.
- Responsible for day to day optimization of performance marketing channels (current channels include but are not limited to Facebook, Google UAC, and Apple search ads)
- Ensure digital marketing campaigns are driving qualified traffic and overall program performance while improving on ROAS.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance, leveraging analysis and data to both identify optimization within the current business and new opportunities for growth.
- Socialize campaign analysis and clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to leadership.
- Work with internal creative resources to develop best practices for paid acquisition.
- Continuously staying up to date on industry trends and innovations to maintain detailed knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years experience in performance digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills including ability to synthesize data and provide insights and strategic actions
- Self-motivator with collaborative spirit
- Previous app experience is a plus!
