About the Role
As we continue to scale our B2B marketing organization we are looking for a performance marketing manager to join and lead the Merchant CRM team. Your goal will be to lead global lifecycle marketing programs that engage our most strategic audiences, increase operational efficiency, and drive incremental revenue growth. We are on a transformational journey, in a fast growing business and looking for a passionate, data-driven, and innovative marketer to join us for the ride!
What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement end-to-end Global CRM strategies to continually nurture, engage, and grow B2B customers
  • Craft program-level marketing strategy with compelling and creative tactics that stretch across the full lifecycle and marry user needs with expert engagement insights.
  • Create effective cross-channel (email, in-app, push notification, sms) marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and improve the customer experience
  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, PMM, Regional Marketing, Ops teams) and external agencies to ensure CRM communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand.
  • Work with development, data, and deployment teams to build and launch complex automated and ad hoc campaigns using internal and external tools
  • Establish and report on KPIs for all campaigns. Continuously run CRM marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and draw conclusions based on data, present takeaways and recommend next steps.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of B2B CRM and/or Lifecycle marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, serving multiple regions.
  • An expert-level understanding of what drives enterprise conversion through CRM channels.
  • The ability to create a campaign roadmap to drive customer loyalty and growth
  • Thorough familiarity and passion for data-driven lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, retention, and testing frameworks at scale.
  • A strong marketing background with the ability to incorporate high-level marketing strategies into each and every marketing touchpoint.
  • Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starting attitude-you're ready to seize opportunities to make an impact.
  • Passion for creating inspiring and innovative marketing for both small and large B2B accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent technical understanding of marketing and analytics technologies associated with the role. (ie Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo experience is a huge plus!)

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $164,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $164,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
