About the role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to be responsible for paid acquisition efforts for acquisition across performance channels for our clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.  

What you'll do:

  • Lead the strategy, process and execution of performance acquisition efforts, ensuring campaigns are driving qualified traffic.
  • Manage development of marketing channel plans and goals to meet performance targets and ensure alignment with fiscal budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop paid search campaigns and new program initiatives with a focus on acquisition, engagement, leveraging CRM lists and segmentation to optimize and meet customer strategy targets.
  • Partner with third party agency and manage optimization efforts, working internally cross-functionally to develop content strategy and translate business goals into strategies.
  • Socialize campaign analysis and insights. Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to leadership.
  • Drive subscription growth by planning and optimizing activity between programmatic channels, including paid search, social, and programmatic display
  • Lead creative development of campaigns, ensuring retail brand essence and identity are transparent and messaging is consistent.
  • Lead process improvement across internal and external reporting and planning and growth strategies.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and make recommendations, improving our ability to meet client objectives and internal targets.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and written.
  • Partner and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve objectives.
  • Keep up with industry trends and implement solutions to enhance acquisition efforts.

We'd love for you to have:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree required 
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on & leadership experience in B2C performance marketing
  • Successful track-record developing digital marketing plans, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholder groups and external clients
  • Understanding of how to measure and manage programs
  • Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multi-variate tests.  Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment.
  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly product development.  This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture.
  • Highly motivated and high level of initiative
  • Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives
  • Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Interest in style a plus
