What We Are Looking for:

Domio is seeking an extraordinary performance marketer to help drive guest acquisition through paid media channels. As a senior member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for helping drive strategy, building and managing campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels, working with cross functional teams to drive Domio guest growth and directing bookings on StayDomio.com.

At Domio You Will:

• Own performance media strategy including consideration and acquisition campaigns on digital and offline channels
• Develop and communicate weekly and monthly reporting of channel performance by goal including pacing of budgets, CAC, LTV, ROI and other KPIs
• Direct and and collaborate with product, guest experience, sales and revenue management teams team to achieve goals and ROI targets
• Execute tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
• Take a data-driven approach to managing campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance and opportunities to increase conversion
• Contribute to strategic documents that help align multiple teams at Domio
• Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI

Who You Are:

• At least 5+ years of related performance marketing experience, travel specific experience a plus
• A Passion for marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
• Excellent cross-functional skills especially around your ability to influence others
• A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
• Strong analytical ability and are an advanced Excel nerd
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• An energetic and willing attitude
• The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
• A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and able to win
