What you'll be doing
- You’ll be the Campaign Strategist who meticulously monitors, reports, and tests execution of marketing campaigns with existing sales and marketing teams.
- You’ll be the Digital Guru who owns end-to-end delivery for paid digital campaigns across various channels such as Quora, Tik Tok, and Snapchat—with a focus on paid search.
- You’ll be the Achievement Analyst who tracks performance data and reports KPIs of marketing campaigns.
- You’ll be the Trailblazer who sources new marketing niches and regional-specific channels and builds customized campaigns.
What we are looking for
- 5-7 years of direct experience in a performance marketing capacity with one or more of these channels: paid search (Google Adwords, Bing Ads), paid social, native, display
- Extensive knowledge of direct response campaigns with precise KPIs
- Quantitative skills, familiarity working with and analyzing large data sets
- Familiarity with analytics platforms
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to present technical or data-driven information to a non-technical audience
- Comfortable owning a channel or campaign end-to-end
- Comfortable working with a global team across offices and time-zones
