Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and own all search efforts for Rokt, including all SEM and SEO and Display. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving profitable growth via search for an online business with direct revenue or a technology company driving quality leads.
Outcomes & responsibilities
- Own and execute campaigns on Google, Bing, and Yahoo for the purpose of driving MQLs
- Manage all aspects of campaign management from keyword research to ad copy, creative ideation, and tracking and reporting across search and display campaigns within the top search engines
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight, and expansion, and see through to implementation
- Research and understand audience segments and target media behaviors to apply in Search through competitive analysis, Google Analytics and additional internal CRM data
- Evaluate creative and audience composition of a wide range of channels (Google, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, etc.) to determine which would most effectively reach target audience
- Audit account to identify areas for growth and update regularly as per optimization calendar
- Set up experiments and A/B/Multivariate testing schedule to increase quality of leads and engagement and continuously iterate on them
- Collaborate and work with other functions of the marketing department as well as Sales and SDRs
- Manage the channel budget and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly performance and OKR targets
- Perform regular and ad-hoc performance analyses and deep dives
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and regular optimization on SEO ranking
Capabilities & requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant internships preferred
- Overall 4-5 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Search Engine Marketing required
- Experience in B2B (preferred) and B2C (required)
- Experience working in Google Ads across Search and Display and Video
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously!
