OUR TEAM

The role will be part of Kinship’s Growth team; a group of savvy and millennial-focused marketers relentlessly focused on helping as many pet parents as possible do it like total pros. The group is hyper focused on achieving our growth goals while maintaining cost efficiency and relentless focus on our target consumer.

HOW YOU’LL HELP EVERYONE PET PARENT LIKE A PRO

  • Support paid media campaign planning, strategy and optimization with an agency.
  • Capture, synthesize and distill actionable insights to optimize paid media channels.
  • Manage marketing partnerships to drive efficient customer acquisition across brands.
  • Manage the affiliate channel with an external vendor who maintains affiliate relationships.
  • In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, implement and analyze A/B tests on-site as they relate to paid channels and make test recommendations.
  • Report on performance, analyze data, extract key insights, and provide recommendations.
  • Leverage analytics to recommend optimizations to meet CPA and acquisition targets.
  • Manage a referral program, including implementation, testing, reporting, and optimization
  • If you're a self-starter that is constantly looking for ways to not only assist with the day-to-day, but also has an eye towards the future when it comes to market trends and marketing and growth opportunities, then this may be the perfect role for you.
  • This person should be willing to move at a fast pace, stay organized, strong communication skills and willing to accept challenges.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  •  2+ years of hands-on experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce
  • Experience with paid search, paid social, display advertising, marketing partnerships, affiliates
  • Experience in a metrics-driven culture, with a heavy focus on driving measured results (sales, conversions, clicks, CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.)
  • Experience working with an ad agency a plus
  • Able to work with creative teams to deliver world class marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of attribution theory and media mix modeling
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to think strategically and draw conclusions to determine strategies based on data.
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience manipulating data with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Optimizely or other A/B testing platforms a plus
  • Able to function independently and solve problems creatively and quickly in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team player and comfortable working cross-functionally across varying levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • BS/BA degree
