At Goodwall, we’re looking for a rockstar product marketer who will identify conversion bottlenecks and work hand-in-hand with our mobile engineering team to test product hacks that will overcome these issues. You will be able to test a large number of ideas which requires being fast-paced and effective in working with engineers.  You're a technical problem-solver who can communicate efficiently with other team-members and identify the most promising initiatives through scrappy experiments.

Qualities we're looking for:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re a driver of change, the one to inspire the team to take risks, learn quickly and systematically improve.
  • Ability to prioritize: there are a million experiments to try. Which one(s) to do now? Which to do later? Which to do never? You will be answering these questions.
  • Passion for applying analytical methods to determine success: A/B testing, statistical analysis, Google Analytics.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Use experiments within the product to maximize optimization of our key user funnels: number of students on the platform and student profile completion.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to conceive, define, implement, and then analyze these innovative experiments and growth hacks.
  • Understand and optimize secondary user funnels within the app.
  • Survey, filter, then prioritize the UI/UX best practices from the most loved apps.
  • Influence the products we’re building through market analysis, competitive research and developer feedback

 You should have:

  • 2+ years in app product marketing with knowledge of conversion optimization
  • A track record of success conceiving, implementing, and following through with in-app experiments
  • Excellent communications, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, statistics, and spreadsheets.

 Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working in distributed teams and companies.
  • Experience with SQL
