As Namely’s Product Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for differentiating Namely's product in the competitive HR technology market. Further, you will support company growth through effective product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement. You will work on a highly collaborative team, reporting to the Director of Content & Communications.

Responsibilities  

• Develop a deep understanding of HR technology market trends, buyers, and competitors—and how Namely’s product fits in.
• Create assets (including sales collateral, web pages, white papers, case studies, client communications, product videos, and more) that support the marketing and sales funnel.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure that assets achieve maximum impact.
• Partner with sales enablement to ensure that assets are fully leveraged.
• Drive the product launch process and work beyond launch to market additional products and services to our client base.

Requirements  

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• The curiosity to develop deep expertise in the HR technology market
• Analytical, process-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding ability to develop collateral that demonstrates a product’s value
• Passion for executing on strategic initiatives across multiple teams and partners
• The creativity to always bring new ideas to the table and take risks. You aren’t okay with the status quo.
• Self starter, you don’t need someone telling you what to do or how to prioritize tasks.
