Overview:
You’re the expert at communicating Wonders’s story. You’ll develop impactful messaging that effectively positions Wonders in the restaurant technology space. As our company evolves from a single product company to an ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to grow the PMM team in H2 of 2023 and 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the development of our positioning
- Building systems to scale our ability to provide useful narratives to our customers
- Spearheading our efforts to effectively market our product
- GTM and messaging for new product initiatives
- Work directly with customers, partners and sales to identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market motions
- Competitive analysis
- Hiring, coaching and mentoring a team of product marketers (in 6 - 12 months)
Qualifications:
- You’re experienced. You’ve spent 2-5+ years driving product marketing. Bonus points for experience in restaurant technology, especially as it relates to voice ordering, online ordering, POS and delivery services.
- You want to understand customers. You’re able to build customer personas. You can take what you know about customer needs and incorporate this information into the messaging and positioning for our products.
- You can build narratives through analysis. This role is all about telling stories - thus, you should have a demonstrated ability to construct data-based narratives.
- You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant tech ecosystem.
- You’re great at communicating. You have exceptional communication skills in writing, presenting, and storytelling. You’re comfortable centering data in the narrative, as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’re a self starter. You have the ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic start-up environment.
- You have endless curiosity. Insights and well-designed experiments come from asking great questions. We’ll expect you to demonstrate this during the interview process.
