We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop the positioning, messaging and go-to-market materials for BetterCloud’s features and solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with our Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Business Strategy teams to deliver high-impact product positioning, collateral, use cases, and sales training materials. Your main focus will be on translating our product story across our suite of technical integration partners (ex. G Suite, Dropbox, Slack, etc). This position requires a poised self-starter who can run with direction and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop product collateral, training documents for internal teams and partners, product-focused blog posts, feature announcements, website content, and customer-facing marketing materials on our features and solutions across our technical integration partners
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand their needs, roadblocks, and opportunities in the marketplace
- Work with Business Strategy and Channel sales teams to create partner-specific materials
- Be an expert on our customers, target market, competitors, and product capabilities
- Support general product and sales marketing initiatives including launches, conferences and events, and PR
- Lead sales trainings and presentations to the team on messaging, product capabilities, and competitors
- Collaborate with product teams to appropriate product roadmap and position and bring to market new capabilities
Preferred Background
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years in a SaaS product marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with experience explaining technical concepts
- Ability to interface with senior-level employees, customers, and partners
- Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player and strong collaborator with a variety of people and teams
