About Radar
Radar is building the location OS of the future by providing location infrastructure to power every application. Today, Radar powers use cases like curbside pickup, delivery, and location-aware app experiences for brands like Panera Bread, American Eagle Outfitters, T-Mobile, and Afterpay.

We recently raised a $55M Series C led by Insight Partners and Accel to build location infrastructure for every product and service. Our team is growing quickly and has backgrounds from companies like Google Maps, GitHub, Uber, Foursquare, and Facebook. We are headquartered in Union Square in New York City.

At a time when many tech companies are retreating, we’re continuing to grow and being thoughtful about how we scale by executing our vision, working obsessively with our customers, and moving nimbly to outpace competition.

About the role

Radar is looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive content and enablement in support of growth and expansion objectives. You’ll create product and partner-focused campaigns, execute product launches, and work cross-functionally to support GTM teams with sales enablement that creates product stickiness and accelerates deal cycles.

As our first Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, you’ll get the chance to have lots of autonomy and impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating our product marketing strategy and building our marketing function. This position will be based out of our NYC office or U.S. remote if you're not based in the tri-state area. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing.

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $160,000 - $200,000/year, plus a variable component.

In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees a competitive equity plan with stock option grants. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company that we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company together.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your exact offer may vary based on market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development of core messaging and product marketing initiatives, including GTM strategies, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement
  • Build marketing materials and content to ensure Radar messaging is amplified — including through our partner ecosystem — to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation
  • Own and execute joint partner product launches and industry-focused campaigns
  • Collaborate with demand generation stakeholders to support campaigns, partner events, run webinars and ensure best practices in nurture campaigns and newsletters
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to support internal and partner sales teams with enablement and collateral

You have:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, specifically marketing to technical personas
  • Track record of developing a range of content (blogs, videos, white papers, case studies, etc) and marketing campaigns; a plus if they enable partners to drive revenue
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

You’ll be working with:

  • Hanna Woodburn, Director of Product Marketing
  • Lauren Delgado, VP of Marketing
  • Phil Sidoti, Director of Demand Generation
  • Matthew Isabel, VP of Product
  • Our Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams!

Benefits and Perks:

  • Hybrid-model with the opportunity to WFH two days a week
  • Competitive compensation package and equity plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans with 100% premiums covered for you
  • 401(k) plan with a generous employer match
  • Unlimited PTO vacation policy
  • Paid parental leave
  • Weekly catered lunch at our NYC office
  • Free CitiBike membership (if based in tri-state area)
  • Monthly fitness reimbursement and wellness programs via Classpass and Gympass

Benefits offering details will be provided if a candidate receives an offer. Benefits may also vary by location.

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.

What is your vision for the company?

Radar's vision is location infrastructure for every product and service. We want to power the next generation of location-based experiences, from curbside pickup to delivery to contactless payments, across industries including restaurants, retail, travel, logistics, gaming, and more.

Nick

What projects are you most excited about?

Location is inherently messy and nondeterministic, so the technical challenges I enjoy working on involve creating intuitive user experiences around providing visibility into how our SDK behaves in the wild.
