The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will lead voice-of-the-customer research, product messaging & positioning, sales enablement, customer marketing and own the execution of go-to-market strategy and product launches.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of product launch plans to their corresponding execution. You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller that uses data to inform your marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business. 

  • Voice-of-the-Customer Research – build a deep understanding of our customers and Dailypay’s value proposition to the market and users; build scalable product feedback loops for your product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across feedback channels
  • Product Messaging & Positioning – build product positioning, messaging and marketing strategies that win over prospects and customers, evangelize Dailypay and it’s industry-leading products to the world
  • Sales Enablement – work with the Enablement team to provide sales teams the information, content, tools and programs that help salespeople sell more effectively
  • Customer Marketing – create product-related content and campaigns that communicate the value of the product portfolio in our customers’ language, including: website, sales collateral, webinars, conferences, in-app messaging product videos, case studies, thought leadership articles and more
  • Go-to-market Strategy & Product Launch – launch new features, capabilities and big bet products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers and salespeople
  • Growth – drive revenue impact with your product marketing activities and campaigns; project budget needs for marketing and commercializing the product portfolio

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of Product Marketing experience bringing products to market 
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
  • Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious
