Conductor is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. A background in strategy, product marketing and customer marketing is key to success in this role. Ideal candidates will forge strong partnerships with customer success team leadership and product teams to define and drive all aspects of services go-to-market, customer engagement programs, and team training & enablement. Ability to work cross-functionally, build alignment, and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer marketing is critical for success.

The Product Marketing Manager will also work closely with both the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Product Marketing to lead strategic projects that drive impact across the business. Experience in high-visibility, strategic roles is preferred. Conductor is a fast paced environment. Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing direction with grace is key to success.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market for new services offerings, including strategy, project management, training and enablement 
  • Manage product roadmap, beta and feature rollouts for customer-facing teams, developing persona-based messaging, collateral and training materials
  • Lead monthly cadence meeting on new product functionality with actionable recommendations on how to train customers
  • Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle, implementing through email and in-app notifications 
  • Collect and codify customer needs and team feedback and influence product strategy
  • Partner with brand, content and events teams to create compelling customer stories, product videos, webinars and marketing assets
  • Support customer-facing teams with change management initiatives, from communications to project management 
  • Partner with customer success and account management teams on promotions and customer loyalty / gifting 
  • Partner with operations teams to automate key processes and drive efficiency across the customer-facing organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of PMM experience
  • 6-8 years professional experience working across Strategy Consulting, Product Marketing, or Customer Marketing 
  • B2B SaaS experience; marketing technology preferred 
  • Track record of executing successful, high-impact go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to execute marketing campaigns, from strategy to activation to measurement
  • Experience creating and leading product training and enablement programs 
  • Proven ability to create collateral and messaging that stands out in the market
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter that can continually raises the bar of quality, while delivering on time
  • Project management and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Team player - no job too big or small
