We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about making navigating healthcare simple and eager to develop and implement best-in-class product marketing practices within a high-performing team at Ribbon. You will be a key go-to-market force at Ribbon: identifying the feasibility of new products and new segments, working side-by-side with our marketing, product, growth, and customer teams to deeply understand our customers’ needs, competitive differentiation, and identifying opportunities to drive value for the market. You will closely partner with the product and growth teams to develop go-to-market approaches, define our go-to-market strategy, and shepherd positioning, pricing, packaging, and product launches for new products.

What we look for at Ribbon

  • Passion and drive to simplify healthcare by building products that increase access to care and power every healthcare decision to be high-quality, cost-effective, and convenient
  • Commitment to Ribbon Health company values, working on an exceptional team, and building an exceptional company
  • Grit, hustle, desire, and a “get-it-done” attitude, including a strong comfort with a lean and highly collaborative environment

What we’re looking for in this role

  • You have product marketing experience, ideally while working in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment
  • You thrive in ambiguous environments. When the path forward is uncertain, you push forward to find creative solutions
  • You are excited about marketing and enjoy finding simple ways to communicate complex ideas
  • You are extraordinarily detail-oriented
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and effectively organize and convey your thoughts and ideas
  • You value feedback and reflection
  • You have the interest and curiosity to dive deep into healthcare and technology concepts, themes, and trends
  • You love solving difficult problems for users and teammates

Your day-to-day

  • Explore market unmet needs and value: Research and listen to the market to identify unmet needs and market requirements for any new product or segment
  • Build go-to-market strategies: Translate the market needs and our product offerings in a go-to-market strategy that ensures teams share the same context and any product launches or enablement are well orchestrated.
  • Partner with internal teams to launch creative go-to-market campaigns: As the “voice” of a new product or market segment, you will work closely with go-to-market to ideate, launch, and execute compelling campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Translate market feedback internally: Identify market trends and value personas to become the “voice of the market”, and articulate Ribbon’s value in line with these trends
