About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of DojoMojo and to lead our outbound marketing activities. You’ll partner closely with Product and Customer Success, and our CEO, to set product development priorities, define marketing strategies and drive high-impact campaigns that are also easy-to-understand. To be successful in this role, you should be a creative and a quantitative thinker as well as be skilled in communicating value propositions through persuasive storytelling. 

This role is a great fit for a strategic product marketer who wants to build and implement a profitable product marketing strategy from the ground up while also having a desire to support all other customer related communications including creating sales collateral, managing email marketing efforts  and enhancing knowledge base material.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop product positioning and messaging by understanding our brand, customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to identify needs and establish key product requirements based on customer and market feedback
  • Own the DojoMojo brand voice and customer related communications and marketing efforts 
  • Lead our go-to-market process: develop clear KPIs, manage and build insight-driven strategies, track launch performance, and report on ROI
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to create sales tools, trainings, and materials to train teams on messaging, product capabilities, market landscape, and competitors
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to make recommendations on segmentation and targeting strategies; be the go-to source for the company for product information, market trends, competitive differentiation, and customer references
  • Support product releases with Knowledge Base documentation (overviews, how tos, etc)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to write high quality, engaging content
  • A consensus builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities
  • A strong work ethic, collaborative and flexible mentality with a hunger to learn
  • Some management experience a plus
